Overnight Processing


In today, back tomorrow.

Among the most important questions in deciding on a paper elimination partner is turnaround:  how quickly can Eagle convert that roomful of paper claims into electronic format?

The answer, in the vast majority of cases, is overnight.

Claims received transmitted electronically to Eagle by 5pm each day will, with only rare exception, be returned to you in EDI format by 8am the following morning.  Rare exceptions are:800-am-clock

– Unexpected volume peaks (for example, if you submit a batch of backlogged claims) greater than 200% of typical volume

– Holidays
