Document Storage and Indexing:

P2E Process

Eagle receives frequent database extracts (i.e. subscriber, member information) which are stored in a data repository.  Next, Eagle collects paper claims from your staff (method determined by you), then converts claims into EDI format and verifies against the data repository. The resulting claims are packaged into an EDI file and returned to you.  A viewer is provided for viewing original claim.
